Title	Constraints on irreps of quantum gravity
Abstract	In this talk I will demonstrate that S-matrix constraints on the scattering of colored states lead to drastically different result whether or not gravity is involved. If we assume gravity has a weakly couple completion, the constraint manifests itself in the requirement that states with new irreps must be included. This is in sharp contrast with general field theory, where the irreps of low energy state is self sufficient for its UV completion.
